Orlando and his team were great! We had an insurance claim and needed to find our own contractor as the last time we used an insurance provided one it took them an entire year to complete the work. Orlando and his team completed everything in less than a month during the busy Q4 holiday season. He was communicative, professional and went above and beyond. There were some small projects we have been putting off and Orlando took care of them for us with no fuss and we paid him separately. Will for sure be using him again for any future projects.

We originally hired Top Choice a couple of years agon when we were having hardwood floors installed. The hardwoods could not be installed until the subfloor was fixed. Although we had not done business with him before, he came out very quickly and got the problem solved. He also installed a new back door at that time. We contracted him later to install gutters at our house. This past week, he replaced wood windows for us. We have continued to use him because he has done a great job every time. Orlando is very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely use him again.

Our family had a very large shower a 3ft step in and out of. With my father getting older I was worried about him slipping. I called EIGHT different companies and contractors, but once they came to look at the shower, they said it was too complicated of a project. I’d rate Orlando and his team higher if I could. Orlando is very kind and patient, visiting 3 or 4 times to help us finalize our floorplan and quotes for our phased approach to finishing our basement. A soon as his team began, my basement was cleaner than it has ever been and remained that way through the entire process. They knocked ou the work quickly and professionally, leaving us with an addition to our home we’ve been dreaming about for quite a while! Orlando and his team came and renovated our bathroom. The entire process from demo to testing out the bathroom fixtures were seamless. The team cleaned up everyday after they were finished and were mindful of laying protective flooring to keep our stairs clean. Our 80’s style bathroom has received the most beautiful renovation and we can’t wait to use it!
